Cancellations or changes in reservations must be received 7 days prior to reservation arrival date to assure refund of deposit. Refunds on cancellations made less that 7 days in advance will be forfeited.

First night room, taxes and fees are due at time of booking. Remaining balance must be paid upon check-out.

Pets are not permitted inside Crater Lake Lodge and the Cabins at Mazama Village, with the exception of service animals. Read about pets visiting Crater Lake here. 

Smoking is strictly prohibited at all accommodations and buildings in Crater Lake National Park.
